Butter cake with raisins:
Wheat flour, butter (25%), raisins (10%), water, eggs (free range), sugar, yeast, whole milk powder, salt, flavoring (vanilla), emulsifiers (E472e, E471), buttermilk powder, wheat gluten, glucose, acidity regulators (E450vii, E341i), stabilizer (E412), rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes.
🔥 Cooking tips
- Let the pastries defrost for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Place the frozen cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes at 180-200°C.
❄️ Conservation
Store in the freezer at -18°C .
Never refreeze a thawed product. Carefully reseal the bag after each use.
